All orders received are processed for shipment within 5 business days.

All sale or markdown items are final. We do not offer credit notes or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds are accepted if item is deemed faulty. 

ROSEYLOVE STUDIO delivers internationally with 2 different ways of shipping. 

1. Free Standard Shipping: usually takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. 

2. Express Shipping: usually takes 5 business days depending on your location.  

Orders over $150 AUD will be shipped via DHL for free.

Please note that there may be additional delays during busy periods or holiday.

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon your order arriving in your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. 

Wash Tips:

• Hand wash in cold water only.
• Do not use soap or laundry detergent. Body wash is highly recommended. 
• Wash light and dark colours separately.

Steps:

1. Upon received, we recommend you to hand wash the garments gently in cold water. Please do not add soap or laundry detergent.
2. You can start using body wash from the second time.

Note: the unfixed dyes of dark garments might be off a bit when washed for the first time.
