Returns & Exchange Policy – ROSEYLOVE STUDIO



At ROSEYLOVE STUDIO, we understand your purchase may not be suitable and you may wish to return your purchase. Subject to adherence to the following terms:

  • Returns will only be accepted for full priced items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • All sale or markdown items are final. We do not offer credit notes or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds are accepted if item is deemed faulty. 
  • Returns other than faulty will be at the customer’s expense. 
  • ROSEYLOVE STUDIO do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout. Should you wish to return an item, contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund. 
  • We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refund. 

Need A Different Size? 

If you need a different size, we suggest return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately. 


In the event you wish toreturn your item(s), please follow the below process: 


1.Complete the Returns Form. 

2.Email Customer Service at with your Returns Form torequest a return. 

3.Our customer service will review your Returns Form and generate a return numberon your behalf.

4.Ship the return via registered post. ROSEYLOVE STUDIO is not liable for the loss ofgarments in return transit. For your safety, we recommend getting trackingnumber so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss duringdelivery to our location. 


Once your return isreceived by customer service, we will start to process your refund. You canchoose to receive your refund either as store credit to your ROSEYLOVE STUDIO account or back to the original payment method. 


Pleasenote that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due tovarying processing times between payment providers.
