ORDERS & SHIPPING

SHIPPING  

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact Customer Service at support@roseylove.studio. 


All orders received are processed for shipment within 5 business days. 


ROSEYLOVE STUDIO delivers internationally with 2 different ways of shipping. 


             1. Free Standard Shipping: usually takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. 

             2. Express Shipping: usually takes 5 business days depending on your location.  


Orders over $70 AUD will be shipped via DHL for free.


Please note that there may be additional delays during busy periods or holiday.


Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address, which you can use to track your order online. 


All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 6pm, or provide a business address. Please note ROSEYLOVE STUDIO does not deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses, these may be subject to cancellation.


During sale periods we will endeavor to commit to our normal delivery times, however please allow an additional 2-3 days for dispatch of your order.  

TAXES & DUTIES  

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon your order arriving in your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. 


ROSEYLOVE STUDIO is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office. 

CHANGE OF YOUR ORDER  

If you require any changes to your order, including item sizing and/or incorrect address details, contact Customer Service immediately. 


If your order has already been processed, ROSEYLOVE STUDIO accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect items. 


Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. ROSEYLOVE STUDIO reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase. 

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
